Effective April 1, 2023 Country Village has switched property management to Graham Management and we are very much looking forward to working with Graham! New information on Graham is listed below:

8. Once you are approved, an email will be sent to finish the registration.

Heathlake Joint Use Announcement
The Heathlake and Country Village communities are pleased to announce a joint use agreement to share amenities. This agreement is a 1 year trial. Heathlake amenities include a playground, swimming pool, Multi Sports courts (Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball), and clubhouse. Please click here for more details.

Garage Sale
Country Village has two HOA-sanctioned garage sales each year typically in the spring and fall, The dates for 2023 will be April 15-16 and October 14-15.
Board of Directors meetings
Our Board of Directors meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm CST in person and via teleconference. Residents are encouraged to attend the Board meetings via teleconference using the dial-in information listed on the Home and Calendar pages. If you have an item that you would like placed on the agenda for a future Board meeting, please contact the Property Manager by clicking on “Contact Us” button at the top of the website.
Book Club News
If you love to read and enjoy drinking a little wine and discussing what we’ve read and life in general, then come join us the 2nd Monday of every month at our Book Club. Street Light Outages
If you see an outage you can contact CenterPoint Energy at 713-207-2222 on your behalf. You can also submit a report directly to CenterPoint Energy via the web, thereby eliminating "hold time" on the phone. Be prepared to give them as much information as possible, including the address and pole number (six digit number located on the poll).
